Refund and Return Policy

Our return policy spans a duration of 30 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you to initiate a return within this timeframe.

For a successful return, the item must remain in its original condition and packaging, and you must possess the receipt or proof of purchase.

To commence the return process, kindly reach out to us via info@collectorshub.com.au  We will provide you with instructions upon acceptance of your return request. Please note that returns lacking prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. Should you receive an incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Regrettably, returns are not applicable for sale or preorder items, as well as gift cards.

Exchanges: For a swift resolution, return the item and, upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Note: Freight charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part. A restocking charge may also be applicable.
